If you choose IELTS Online or take your test on a computer, you will receive your results within eight working days in a digital format (e-TRF). Test Structure and Scoring
The IELTS test has four sections:
• Listening (30 minutes)
• Reading (60 minutes)
• Writing (60 minutes)
• Speaking (11-14 minutes)
The total test time is 2 hours and 45 minutes. You will be assessed in four skills and receive a band score for each test section. IELTS
scores range from 0 to 9 for each skill and your Test Report Form will show an overall
score reflecting a summary of the level of your English proficiency.
