Terms & Conditions – Italy Tour Packages

1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit of 40% of the package price is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before departure.

  • Bookings made less than 30 days before travel require full payment at booking.

  • Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other approved platforms.

2. Pricing

  • All package prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are based on the current costs of hotels, tours, transportation, and entrance fees.

  • Prices are subject to adjustment in case of significant changes in exchange rates, government taxes, or supplier costs.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

  • Packages include only the services specifically stated in the itinerary (accommodation, transfers, tours, meals as indicated).

  • International flights, personal expenses, travel insurance, and services not mentioned are excluded.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Up to 45 days before departure: 85% refund.

  • 30–44 days before departure: 50% refund.

  • 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund.

  • Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: No refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

5. Changes & Rescheduling

  • The agency reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to local conditions, weather, or supplier availability.

  • Equivalent alternative services will be provided at no extra cost if substitutions are necessary.

  • Requests by clients to modify bookings may incur additional costs, subject to availability.

6. Liability & Responsibility

  • The agency acts as an intermediary between clients and local suppliers (hotels, transport companies, guides).

  • We are not liable for accidents, losses, delays, or damages caused by third parties or events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).

  • Clients are responsible for having valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits).

7. Travel Insurance

  • Comprehensive travel insurance (covering medical, cancellation, and baggage loss) is strongly recommended and the client’s responsibility.

8. Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform the agency of any health conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

  • Participation in tours assumes a reasonable level of fitness and mobility.

9. Conduct

  • Guests must respect local customs, laws, and cultural sensitivities.

  • The agency reserves the right to refuse service or remove clients from tours in cases of misconduct without refund.

10. Governing Law

  • All bookings are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved under Italian jurisdiction.
